The best bank I've had!

I’ve been a Revolut customer for over four years now, and after my recent experience, I can confidently say they are one of the best financial service providers I’ve ever dealt with. I recently fell victim to fraud involving a significant amount of money — £8,000 — and what could have been an incredibly stressful and upsetting situation was handled with absolute professionalism, speed, and genuine care. From the very first message, their support team treated me with empathy and respect. There was no hint of judgement, no suggestion that I had done anything wrong — just calm reassurance and a clear determination to help me get everything sorted as quickly as possible. They kept me informed at every stage, explained everything in simple terms, and made sure I felt supported throughout the process. What truly sets Revolut apart is their 24-hour customer service. Knowing that help is available at any time of day or night made a huge difference during such a worrying time. Every agent I spoke to was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind, which turned what could have been a nightmare into a smooth and surprisingly stress-free experience. The speed at which they resolved the issue was remarkable — within days everything was fixed — and that level of efficiency combined with genuine human understanding is rare. It reinforced exactly why I’ve stayed loyal to Revolut for so long. If you’re looking for a bank that actually puts customers first, reacts fast when it really matters, and treats you like a person rather than a number, I genuinely couldn’t recommend Revolut highly enough.
