Sensible insurance company

This is our second year of being insured with World First. Unlike some other companies, they do not have a policy of 'computer says'. My husband has had cancer but that did not present a problem. They asked very sensible questions about where he was in his treatment and listened to our answers. They also answered any queries we had efficiently and in a friendly manner. Fortunately we have not had to make a claim, but have no doubt that any such claim would be dealt with the same efficiency and friendliness. We would have no hesitation in recommending World First and indeed have done so to several friends and acquaintances. Also the cost of World First's insurance cover is very reasonable indeed, especially compared to other ludicrous prices we have been quoted in the past. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2019

My husband had had cancer but was in remission and very well. World First were the only company who listened and gave us an affordable price. We have been able to have 3 holidays and not had to make a claim. Great people. Reviewed on: 15th September 2018
