Very happy with the service from StepChange.

I have been working with StepChange for a few years now and they have been excellent in terms of taking on the responsibility of dealing with creditors and managing repayments as part of my debt management plan. They have taken a considerable amount of pressure away from me and have helped me no end. Tje only issue I have had is that they haven’t been very responsive to emails but when I’ve phoned them they have been very helpful. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
