More going out then coming in!

I got to a point where i didnt know what to do or where to turn so i started to look up debt management companies on the internet, i came across StepChange and gave them a call. The process was easy and the team members i have come across have been very helpful. The only negative i have is there was no consideration to remortgage my house which i found after entering into the plan could have been an option for me to consolidate my debt and utilise equity i held in my property.
