StepChange fought mum’s corner and arranged a debt management plan with a credit card company for a debt that wasn’t hers. It belonged to another card holder on the account. She has never been in debt and StepChange sorted the debt out with the company for a debt repayment plan. If you have any sort of debt which you need help with, please get in touch with StepChange - they are helpfu, non-judgemental and very approachable- they also know how best to help. Mum now has peace of mind with the plan StepChange put in place for her. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
