Step Change gave me incredible support

Step Change helped me when I was in an impossible situation and it was affecting my health and wellbeing. They explained all my options and helped me to make a plan for the future. They supported me all the way until I was finally debt free. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

Step Change make a huge difference

Step Change have helped me get my debts under control and become manageable. They helped pick me up when I was in crisis and didn’t know where to turn, and I can now see a light at the end of the tunnel. They explain everything and never judge you for being in debt which helps a lot. Paying the debt off by direct debit to Step Change and getting a monthly statement and yearly review, helps me to know exactly what I owe and to whom. It also gives me an end date by which the debt will be repaid which is great to work towards. I would have struggled to have coped without Step Change’s advice and guidance, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in the same position and struggling.
