Stepchange helped me get everything under control.

I reached out to Stepchange when my debt had spiralled thanks to the cost of living crisis. I didn't see a way out and was starting to really panic. After filling out all the information I needed to on their website I got to speak to an advisor over the phone to confirm the option I wanted to go with. The options that are available to you are well explained and the negative consequences of those options are also well explained. They are very informative, helpful and understanding and help you make the best choice based on what you have available to you. They helped me get my debt to a manageable monthly repayment and although I know I still have a long way to go, I know that with Stepchange's help I will be helped all the way.
