My experience with StepChange, Debt Management is excellent because I was in a life of worries about managing my debt and I was not working to service my debt because of sickness. I did not know what to do and what would happen to me. Then I lacked to be introduced to StepChange by the Citizen advice bureau. Since knowing them, I feel relaxed, happy, no worries any more because through their help I have been able to pay my debt according to what I can afford and my debts are coming down and down. They have helped me to discipline my money, I can budget and spend wisely. They have a good team of staff who are always there to provide support and advice when I am preparing my statement. I feel comfortable ringing them and asking them anything I didn't know. Every month, they send me information when the next debit is taken from my account. If someone knocked on my door I would be free to open it than before, when I was scared with the bailiff. Thank you so much StepChange. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
