Never feel judged by the assistant on the phone.

Never feel judged by the assistant on the phone. They are helpful and knowledgeable which is what you need when you’re trying to sort out your finances. If there’s a change it is easy to contact them and adjust payments as needed. Takes away the pressure of contacting creditors individually which would be time consuming and a struggle.
