Amazing and empowering support

I had got myself into an unmanageable situation with my credit cards and really needed some support. Not only to step change give me options but everyone I spoke to did it with so much compassion and reassurance. I never felt judged and they made the whole process so easy to engage with, from their online tools, live chat and even the communication I received throughout the whole process. There was always a friendly voice at the end of the phone if I ever was unsure and wanted to talk things through. I can do to bed at night and sleep peacefully knowing the step change are there to support me every step of the way Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
