Felt embarrassed about speaking to a person about my...

Felt embarrassed about speaking to a person about my debt but I decided to look up stepchange online and complete the full application in online. They were brilliant from the start. I told them the debt I had. They gave me some breathing space so my creditors could give me time to sort out the finances and have managed the whole thing for me. Contacting my creditors and telling them what I can afford and any questions I managed to fjnd the answer on their website but if I needed to call , the one time I did need to to explain a bit of detail they were super.
