Step Change gave me my life back.

I was left struggling following leaving my husband as I was a victim of domestic abuse, step change helped from the first contact, as I struggled with my emotions they allowed me to carry out the Majority of the application online and followed up by a very short phone call. At all times they have been very compassionate, and understanding the process of arranging a debt management plan was really easy and set up in no time at all. They carried out all the contract with credit agencies and kept me updated all the way. I wouldn’t have been able to see light at the end of the tunnel with out the professionalism I now believe I’m a survivor of abuse rather than a victim from the confidence they have given me.
