I felt desperate after my husband passed away, my income went from great, to my pension. I had some insurance but once that was depleted i had mortgage payments. Credit card bills. I heard about step change, I called asking for help. They are not in any way judgemental, very understanding of my situation. I can not thank the staff enough for all the advice and recomendations given. This was 6 years ago. Made my life worth living as did not know where to turn. Thank you Step change highly recommend.
