Brilliant Service

After falling into arrears due to losing my job in covid, Step Change helped me arrange an affordable plan to repay my creditors. They dealt with all my creditors and set up payment arrangement on my behalf, which took a massive amount of stress off off me. I've been on my debt management plan 2 years now and they still make all my payments on my behalf as well as sending me regular statements and review my financial situation annually.
