Step change was a life saver!

Step change was a life saver!! I was having sleepless nights, worrying about bills... I felt trapped!! Someone recommended Step change so I contacted them straightaway. They were friendly, competent and never made me feel awkward or embarrassed about my situation. They talked me through my finances and things finally made sense! They identified companies that I owed money to and we decided on a reasonable repayment offer, having completed a household budget within our means! With regular updates to your budget you can spot impending "hiccups" but there are always great staff to help you manage things.
