Life savers

I was made redundant unexpectedly a month before start of Covid and had no hope of getting a job due to lockdown. The debts were suffocating me and I started suffering with depression with suicidal thoughts. Due to the stress my daughter was diagnosed with eating disorder as well and the prognosis looked very bleak. Once I contacted step change things started looking up. The customer service is ne t to non! Everyone has been very understanding and reassuring. I really don’t know what I would have done if step change wasn’t there for us. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
