I got myself into a mess and didn’t know where to turn.

I got myself into a mess and didn’t know where to turn. I got advised to speak to stepchange and the lady I spoke to was so nice very kind and helped me with a debt management plan. I didn’t know what it was as I’ve never had to do anything like this before and I felt very embarrassed. She made me feel at ease and made me feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
