Life savers

I was always spoken to like a human, I was always considered my feelings and how it would affect me after the call. The debt was never gone but the stress was after speaking to step change. My mental health makes me a very difficult person to contact and discuss my debts too. However step change not once but twice helped me at a slow steady pace. I was guided and offered additional support. Knowing all my debts are being paid off by step change with a manageable payment plan it’s honestly let me focus on my work, my children and myself. Thank you for your help and the training given is outstanding. A lot off company's could learn from step change, maybe then so many people wouldn’t be as intimidated when speaking about financial difficulties and ending up In Further debt which then can lead too some sad circumstances for people. You could say step change has most definitely saved someone’s life I can assure you off that. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
