Appointment with Charli - Brecon branch

Had an appointment regarding opening a new ISA but moving funds from 2 places (ISA transfer + additional from an existing monmouthshire account) so required quite a few documents to be signed. However, Charli was extremely helpful (and patient!) whilst sorting this and there was no issue when I didn't have one of my passbooks. The only downside is that I had to wait nearly 4 weeks for the appointment due to how busy the branch is. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
