Above & beyond customer service throughout .

Due to long term illness I had to stop working to receive treatment so I needed help to manage my debt..I live in Leicester but my illness is very rare & I get treated in Chelsea hospital London so I had to prioritise being able to afford to get to my appointments & surgery’s. The advise & help I received was Excellent, I was very surprised how much help & guidance was given in a clear & genuine way.. Being in hospital so much having this experience has really helped ease my mind that I am able to manage everything & not worry & be so anxious about it anymore.
