Very understanding and helpful

As you can imagine having debt and not being able to afford it and worrying about everything can be awful. Step change has helped so much I feel less stressed and worried I can afford the payments. Anytime I've had to speak to step change they have always been very helpful and understanding. I review my plan each year but I'm sure if I had any problems they would listen and help any way they can Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
