Years with StepChange and happier!

I have been on a DMP with StepChange for some years now and it has been the best thing I've ever done. I was in a place where I didn't know what to do and how to pay for my debts immediately, not knowing I could setup a DMP and pay my creditors with just one monthly payment. I have never had any issues with StepChange, payments have always been made to my creditors by them once I pay StepChange and anytime I have given them a call, they have reassured me and been so kind and helpful every single time. I have had times where i have cried to a staff member on the phone and I've never felt so safe in discussing my personal life. I do have quite a few years left rill I'm debt free but I'm so much happier knowing that I will be eventually even if it takes years. I would rather feel safe, reassured and relaxed knowing my debts can be paid off rather than panicking and being scared to answer my phone because of debt collectors and such. Thank you so much StepChange. This is an honest review, from someone who has been working with you for years to become debt free. I'll get there soon! :) Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
