I honestly couldn’t be more thankful for how much StepChange has changed my life. The DMP has meant I am now 100% debt free and has helped me regain my life back - literally. I had few options for support available to me due to earning a reasonable salary even though my monthly debt repayments meant I was left with too little, but with the support they gave me it meant I was able to make one payment each month based on my budget, also taking into account health issues. Stepchange enabled me to build a healthy spending routine within my means and I am now more than confident that I will never fall into debt through my own choices again. Whenever I had questions or concerns the customer service was fantastic, staff are understanding and informative. If anybody is considering this - Do it! Call them and talk to them and have faith that things can get better and that there is help even when you don’t think you may qualify for it. Best decision I ever made. Thank you StepChange for the amazing work you do and the difference you make - when I say I wouldn’t be where I am today that’s down to you guys. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
