Stepchange have literally changed my life!

Stepchange have literally changed my life! I was experiencing severe depression and anxiety around my finances following the pandemic. Stepchange have provided excellent customer service throughout my interactions, were completely non judgemental and have given me my life back! An incredible and supportive service

Stepchange helped set up my Debt Management plan 2 years ago. They were kind, understanding and incredibly helpful, finding the right plan for my family in a non judgemental way. I cannot put into words the impact this has had on our family (in a positive way!). We are all happier, healthier and not constantly worried about our debts and finances. Our situation had caused me to be incredibly stressed, anxious and medicated, with debts consuming my every thought. Stepchange has helped us learn how to budget appropriately and has been very supportive. I honestly don't know if I would be here today if it wasn't for stepchange- thank you so much!
