Non-judgemental and easy to access

I first approached Boom when I needed to consolidate loans that were getting out of hand regarding interest. I was nervous and felt embarrassed but staff made me feel at ease and I was able to be honest about why I was struggling. They supported me and for someone with attention deficit I was able to follow what they were saying and action it all with support and ease. Since then I have cleared my debt - received my savings and come back again to help with my wedding budget! My whole experience from start to finish and now starting again is 10/10!
