It’s difficult that if any issues arise while on the plan the client is left to contact the lenders and then relay back to StepChange where more effective would be direct communication between the two especially when it comes to clarifying reference numbers and bank accounts. Overall good service but difficult when it comes to...

Overall good service but difficult when it comes to communication with creditors as Step change state it’s customer who should be liaising with creditors and creditors want to hear directly from Step change. So the costumer is left in between and nothing gets sorted until it gets escalated or complain made. My debt repayment was delayed because of this. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
