Excellent service.

I started on a debt management plan late 2022 with another debt company, I paid into this for 9 months and realised that the other debt company was taking 75% of the payments I was making which was not making a dent in the debt that I owed. I made the decision after extensive research to move over to stepchange. This has been the best decision as now I know all of the money I pay is going straight back into the debts that I have and I have started to feel more positive about my debt situation. When I rang stepchange for my 6 monthly review I spoke to a lovely lady who made feel at ease and she even informed me that she used to be on the same plan as me and it made me feel as if I wasn’t the only person in the world. Honestly cannot recommend enough. It is a very scary thing to reach out and get help with something that is not spoken about enough. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
