Very grateful raising my head above the water.

First of all,I was a bit ashamed of my financial situation after the Covid virus. I was in a lot of deaths with credit cards and other store purchases. After getting paid and paying credit cards and other essentials spending like rent etc,I was barely able to hold my head above the water. I did some research and came upon the StepChange Charity and with nothing to loose I call them.It was the most important decision that I made I was almost in tears when I finished talking to one of their advisors who was able to reassure me of my confidence and was able to talk through all of bills, expenses. They were able to work out a plan for me which I am very grateful for. I am not dept free as yet, but I am in a far better place than a couple years ago. Thank you for all your support and advice that you have given me and I can still call if I am in a difficult situation. For eg. I was in a situation where I couldn’t make my monthly payments and they were able to readjusted my payments. I have about 3 more years to go before I am dept free, if it wasn’t for StepChange Charity I wouldn’t be able to be in this position where I am able to pay off all of by deaths.
