No empathy and mistakes to apologise for mistakes following bereavement!!

We had to close an account following my mother-in-laws passing away. I would need to write a lot to explain how diabolically the bank - on EVERY level - dealt with the process from the first phone call, right up to apologising for the many mistakes they made. They even wrote to my mother-in-law to apologise, following knowledge that she had passed away. This is the essence of how they treat their customers, bank with them if you dare.
