Used Boom's excellent loan service several times

Have used Boom several times over the years for small-ish credit loans for one thing or another (down payment on car, deposit for flat, holiday). They're excellent, reliable, considerate and caring. Great communication. The app and online tools are easy to use. When you phone you get genuine advice from helpful people. Reviewed on: 4th June 2025

I have taken out a few loans from Boom over the years. I have always found the service superb, easy to use, professional, caring and responsible. Communication is very clear, the website is straightforward and when I speak to them on the phone they are engaged and helpful. Strongly recommend this organisation which provides a vital service.
