Every interaction expertly handled

Every phone call and every interaction I have had with StepChange has been supportive and sensitive to my financial situation and my mental health. Every member of staff I have spoken to has been kind, considerate and patient. The services they have provided me with have genuinely changed my life. No matter what I presented them with, they made it all seem more manageable, setting realistic and achievable goals. I now feel more in control of my finances, thusly my life.
