Absolutely top class customer service, I can't honestly state how easy it is to deal with Vanquis, it is always a pleasure never a problem to deal with Vanquis. I personally couldn't ask for a better and easier company to deal with, if you are after a service to help you build up your rating after whatever may have gone on in the past, let's be honest, we can all be in that position, Vanquis will be on your side, without a doubt.
