We got ourselves into a dreadful debt situation & just by chance a work colleague mentioned they were with step change. It literally changed our lives, yes it’s hard work to pay back what u owe, but step change make u feel like it’s not all your fault & there is definitely light at the end of the debit tunnel. As long as u stick to the plan & are honest with your finances, step change will get u through. At the end we hope never to use them again, but when we needed them (& still do) they were just invaluable. Thank you Step change!! Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
