You leave them alone and they'll leave you alone. If you haven't had credit before or not had it for a number of years then a Vanquis credit card is a brilliant way to restore or raise your credit score. Unfortunately, one of the few times I had to contact customer service I was practically treated with disdain, even being a gold card holder, hence the lower score. Reviewed on: 20th May 2026
