Good customer service

I wanted to purchase home insurance with Admiral via compare The Market, but the quote wouldn't go through to completion online. I thought it was going to be a real hassle having to phone up with the quote number and start the insurance that way, but the gentleman I spoke to was very good and it was easier than expected.
