I find it pathetic how, the majority of operators, can’t speak English nor understand. When I do speak to an English speaking representative I get told, the majority of contact centres are not in the UK. Which makes it hard to have a professional conversation. I have made several complaints. And get no real justification. What I find pathetic. is that this Bank does not care for peoples opinions which are based on experiences. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
