The Vanquis application was easy to follow and I received a prompt reply. In general I have had very good service. Recently Vanquis cancelled my card and blocked my online services because my account had been compromised - a situation i was unaware of. My only criticism is being able to speak to someone i i have a query. i am a senior citizen and have no confidence when using Apps and if I want advice an automated message directs you to access the App. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
