Vanquis my Friend

From my own personal experiences, i would definitely recommend Vanquis. When I lost my job with closure of the workplace, and dealing with long term illness with attending hospital 3 days a week. They took time to listen to me and never pestered me with late bills etc. Instead what was advised, was a monthly payment set at what I could afford. Now I’m clear and comparing with another credit card who constantly pester me with emails saying about the amount I owe, it really deflates me. Only thing is a credit card was never sent out, for years I’ve not had one and I know I’ve been advised to send a password through post to gain access to my account. I just don’t like that aswell, especially when I wasn’t given an address too. Other than that I’d still say Vanquis has been great! Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

5 Star Rating Credit Card Company

Honestly the best Credit Card Company I’ve been with compared with others. Great customer service and offer such good advice aswell as listen to the customer. So respectful with my circumstances of needing a bit of breathing space regarding minimum payments. 5Star rating! Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
