Vanquis have been brilliant for me.

Vanquis have been brilliant for me. The Vanquis app is easy to use and very secure it is clear to understand and to see transactions also making payments is a doddle. On the one occasion I had to contact customer service it was refreshing to speak to someone straight away and who knew what they were doing it was very professional and the issue was sorted out promptly, I also lost my card and again was dealt with promptly and securely. Vanquis helped me immensely as I had a poor credit rating but after using Vanquis for several years now my credit rating has improved greatly and being able to manage my finances better via the app has changed things around for me.
