customer service were so very supportive

Every customer service I talked to were so very supportive and helpful I can’t thank Stepchange enough they have absolutely changed my life at the time, I had a devastating neurological condition that impacted my life greatly as I could no longer work and had signed up for a big financial commitment of £7890 personal loan and put the rest on my credit card and overdraft and was living in dire poverty to pay back creditors. I finally accepted a Debt management plan for the last bit of personal loan as suddenly I received rent arrears notice and Step Change were brilliant taking over both debts and contacting both creditors arranging everything with my creditors and consolidating both debts into one manageable payment each month until both debts were cleared. I have recommended Stepchange to so many people they are an absolutely life saving Debt Charity that have such wonderful dedicated and supportive staff I will always highly recommend to anyone in need of debt advice.
