Mostly good and stable experiences with a few niggles

Mostly good and stable experiences, but accessing customer service is an obstructive process, and they rely solely on the algorithm, meaning my perfectly kept account has had a stagnant credit limit for a long time despite being told it'd be reviewed when I asked about it. But that aside, fairly good/undramatic experience. The Customer service workers are usually friendly and helpful, and the app generally runs smoothly enough Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
