Some advice, when it says complete the form to complete your insurance purchase, just pick up the phone and call the call centre. I spent time filling out the numerous forms, including the payment details, only to be forwarded to the call centre number where I needed to ring within opening hours (so if you’re filling out the form in the evening, forget it, you’ll have to call during work hours the next day!?) I then had to go through all the forms I completed again, including payment details (why make me do all this originally online?) Admiral is good for pricing, but it’s online insurance buying is obsolete! It’s all call centre! Just tell your customers to call you, rather than waste their time filling out forms!?
