Changed my life!

At the start of my experience I was drowning! Drowning in a sea of debt I had found myself in after the pandemic and after sourcing childcare in the previous years before hand and I couldn’t see a way out. I started searching on line for ways I could help myself. At first I thought maybe an IVA but I didn’t want to not pay back what I had owed, after checking with stepchange they advised me that a debt management plan would work better for me and sure enough after completing my budget review and signing up that is exactly what we did, a debt management plan that took into account all of my outgoings for everything else and looked at the money I had left and we made a payment based from that. Stepchange asked my creditors to not apply interest and luckily all of them did. And in less than a year from now I will finally be free of my debt after I have managed to pay back all that I had borrowed in a controlled manner thanks to Stepchange. I 100% recommend anyone struggling to take a look and seek advice if they find themselves like me and can not manage the stress and payment worries. It is because of stepchange I can breathe with relief. Their customer service is excellent they will guide you through all of the steps. I do not have any negative things to say.
