I am very grateful to Step Change.

I am very grateful to Step Change. At the time of my first contact with them I was terrified about my financial situation & implications for being able to take care of my child after years of struggle as a single parent. My mental health was significantly impacted. Step Change offered me advice & support in a non-judgmental & practical way that made me feel safer, not on my own & more positive about how I could go about improving my situation. It has been a long journey but the time is now in view when I will be able to be finally debt-free. The whole journey would have been much more frightening without StepChange. And I'm not even sure I would have made it. I cannot thank StepChange & their debt counsellors enough. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
