I was at the worst low of my life

I was in a very bad place until I made contact with StepChange and was dubious in how much they could help me at first. All of my expectations were exceeded, they have been absolutely amazing. They have made contact with all of my creditors on my behalf and took all of the stress away from me. I'm now on a debt management plan in which Stepchange made sure to keep my payments to my creditors affordable whilst ensuring I was comfortable with the whole process. Also everybody i have spoke to on the phone have been lovely and incredibly helpful. I just wish I had contacted them sooner and they would've been able to help me get out of this bad financial position I'm in sooner. Anyone that is in need of help with their financial situation, do not hesitate to contact Stepchange. I can't believe this service is free and so good, they really do deserve medals.
