Vanquis have always been very fair and open with any changes to my account and I have never been in any doubt as to why any changes were being inplemented. And this has been a positive thing for sure. For example, for having my account in good standing for many years, I was rewarded with an unexpected rediction in my APR which was incredibly welcome. I have never been treated unfairly and I am grateful for the fact that Vanquis treat people with the utmost respecct, no matter their circumstances.
