Good app interface, very intuitive.

Good app interface, very intuitive. like the choices to make payments, frequent credit limit inc/decrease availability. Customer service is abysmal though, had my card details stolen online, requested reconciliation and they send me a letter and via phone call because my card details were used they cannot reimburse me… I asked if they understood the term credit card fraud. Had to swallow the loss. I still use the card however if fraud happens again I’ll close my account because I don’t feel protected. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
