I contacted my bank Vanquis about a transaction issue, including extra purchase interest charges. They attentively listened, swiftly attempted to resolve it, but the call abruptly ended. However, they assured me they're investigating and aiming for a positive resolution. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
