Vanquis customer service is very poor.

Vanquis customer service is very poor. They told me they qoukd give me 8 pounds and when they did not and I failed to pay the amount I got charged another 12 pounds. The customer service people are very rude and a bunch of liars. Avoid using this company Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
