cannot log in,cannot pay anyone,waited over an hour...

cannot log in,cannot pay anyone,waited over an hour for someone in a foreign country,was told nobody in U.K.to talk to,tried to cancel credit card and get £45 that I am in credit,cannot because Customer Service insist I have to have mobile number and App,I am disabled and cannot get mobile signal which is why I have landline only,also could not use my credit card because when it ask me to accept text or voice to get activation code nothing happens even though they have my landline number it never rings tried 6 times in last 10 days,ended up using another bank card to pay Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
